About Brian Connor, MD
Dr. Brian Connor is a Board-Certified Dermatologist at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
He is passionate about LGBTQ+ health and the integration of medical and cosmetic dermatology for his patients, optimizing both their skin health and appearance. His areas of expertise include skin cancer screening and treatment, acne, psoriasis, eczema and numerous cosmetic procedures, including neuromodulators for fine lines and wrinkles, dermal/lip fillers and laser and light treatments for facial rejuvenation, scars, rosacea and psoriasis.
Dr. Connor graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He earned his medical doctorate from the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, where he was selected for membership in the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and earned the Merck Academic Excellence Award.
Following medical school, Dr. Connor completed two years of internal medicine training at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He subsequently completed his dermatology residency at the University of Washington, where he was selected to serve as chief resident, Ambassador to the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and was honored with the Outstanding Resident Leadership and Advocacy Award.
In addition to being a fellow of the AAD, Dr. Connor served on the LGBTQ+/Sexual & Gender Minority Expert Resource Group for the association. He is also a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. He also has pursued numerous academic endeavors, including publishing peer-reviewed journal articles and authoring textbook chapters.
