About Todd S. Anhalt, MD
Dr. Anhalt is a board-certified dermatologist at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
He has more than 20 years of clinical experience in dermatology and internal medicine, offering a personalized, high-quality approach to patient care. His dual training provides a unique foundation for understanding the relationship between skin and internal health. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex skin diseases, medical and surgical dermatology, and cosmetic and laser procedures.
Dr. Anhalt earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Cornell and became board certified in internal medicine before completing a dermatology residency at Stanford University.
He is a clinical professor of dermatology at Stanford University and serves as the chief of dermatologic surgery at the Stanford VA Medical Center in Palo Alto. He devotes part of his time to training medical students and residents at Stanford and regularly lectures on dermatologic topics both nationally and internationally.
His work has been recognized with multiple peer-voted honors, including being named to “Best Docs” lists in Silicon Valley, San Francisco and across the U.S. for six consecutive years. He is also a published author of numerous medical journal articles and textbooks.
Dr. Anhalt lives in Los Altos with his wife, a physician-researcher, and their three children.
