Dr. Avnee Shah graduated summa cum laude from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, and then earned her medical degree from Drexel College of Medicine.

Dr. Shah completed an internship under the Department of Medicine at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA. Her residency was at Emory University’s Department of Dermatology in Atlanta, Georgia, where she then served as dermatology chief resident.

Dr. Shah has won several distinctions including the Annual Award for Excellence in Dermatology, and membership in the A.O.A. Honor Society. Her research topics include psoriasis, squamous cell carcinoma, and indoor tanning. Dr. Shah treats all general dermatology conditions and has a special interest in cosmetic and laser procedures.
