Milène Crispin, MD

Dr. Crispin earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, graduating summa cum laude. She went on to attend Weill Cornell Medical College, where she graduated as class valedictorian and received the top prize in biomedical research for her work on the skin’s immune response to ultraviolet radiation conducted at Rockefeller University.

She completed her dermatology residency at Stanford University, where her research in skin and hair immunology was widely published and featured on national media outlets, including Good Morning America. Following residency, she completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology at UC Davis, gaining advanced training in skin cancer surgery and facial reconstruction. She also completed a second fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery at the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of Northern California, where she specialized in lasers, fillers, neurotoxins and a broad range of aesthetic procedures.

Dr. Crispin is passionate about providing unbiased, fact-based care. She believes in treating every patient like family — offering honest recommendations and tailoring procedures to deliver subtle, rejuvenated results.

Originally from Canada, she now lives in California with her husband and two sons. In her free time, she enjoys hockey, hiking and going to the beach.
