Dr. Liss earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his dermatology residency at Indiana University.

He has served as associate chief of dermatology at Kaiser Permanente and as an assistant clinical professor of dermatology at the University of California San Francisco. He currently teaches dermatology to family medicine residents at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center.

Originally from Southern California, Dr. Liss enjoys spending his free time with family, mountain biking, jogging and cooking.
