Dr. Chen earned his medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. He completed his dermatology residency at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami, Fla., where he served as chief resident.

Before entering dermatology, he also trained in family medicine, which provides him with a broad foundation for comprehensive patient care. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of both the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Chen is fluent in English and Cantonese, which helps him connect with a wide range of patients. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, cooking and participating in water sports.
