About Brittany Andersen, PA-C
Brittany is a certified physician assistant at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
She specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science in biological sciences from Binghamton University and went on to achieve her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Long Island University Brooklyn. She has extensive training in the specialized fields of vascular surgery and wound care, which significantly piqued her interest in dermatology.
To further enhance her capabilities, she completed Schweiger Dermatology Group’s Advanced Practice Provider Training Program, which involved intensive academic and
clinical training, providing her with valuable experience in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.
As a native of the East End of Long Island, Brittany is dedicated to providing comprehensive high-quality dermatologic care to the patients in her community.
She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
