Danielle Shattuck is a Nurse Practitioner at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
She is a dedicated nurse practitioner for adults, with more than six years of bedside nursing experience in post-operative and medical-surgical care. This extensive experience has honed her skills in patient-centered care, patient safety and coordinated healthcare delivery, equipping her with a solid foundation in clinical practice and a deep understanding of compassionate patient care.
Danielle earned her master’s degree as a Clinical Nurse Leader from Sacred Heart University and an Advanced Certificate in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Stony Brook State University, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and adaptability in healthcare.
Driven by a growing interest in dermatology, she sought specialized training and completed Schweiger Dermatology Group’s Advanced Practice Provider Training Program. This intensive program allowed her to work closely with esteemed board-certified dermatologists and experienced physician associates and nurse practitioners.
Through the Schweiger Dermatology training program, Danielle gained extensive exposure to various aspects of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, providing her with a broad and deep understanding of dermatologic conditions and treatments. Her diverse background and specialized training underscore her dedication to providing collaborative and comprehensive care.
