Taylor Van Wettering, PA-C

Taylor Van Wettering is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology at Schweiger Dermatology Group. She practices in Middletown and Port Jervis, New York.

Taylor received her both Bachelor of Science in Biology from Marywood University as well as her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Taylor completed two full years of PA school which consisted of both didactic and clinical education, consisting of ten, five-week rotations. She completed a rotation in plastic surgery during her clinical year, in which she was immersed in surgical, cosmetic, and medical dermatology.

About Taylor Van Wettering, PA-C

Taylor’s interest in dermatology was driven by her innate connection to patients who struggle with acne, as she once struggled herself. She strives to make patients feel comfortable in their own skin, as a dermatology PA once did for her. She began her medical career by completing Schweiger Dermatology Group’s Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship program. This program combines rigorous academic and clinical training by top dermatologists, which allowed Taylor to gain firsthand experience in dermatology.

Taylor is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants (PSPA).

Taylor is eager and excited to provide adequate and thorough dermatological care to all her patients at Schweiger Dermatology.
