About Zackary Mullen, PA-C
Zackary Mullen, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant specializing in Allergy and Immunology.
He brings a strong foundation in patient-centered care, clinical medicine, and immunologic research to his practice at Schweiger Dermatology & Allergy.
Zackary earned his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Salus at Drexel University. He joins Schweiger Dermatology Group as an allergy provider committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting and educating patients throughout their healthcare journey.
Prior to clinical practice, Zackary gained immunology-focused research experience as a Research Assistant at the UPMC Laboratory. His work contributed to the understanding of immunologic mechanisms involved in metabolic disorders, and he was a co-author of the publication “Tregs Facilitate Obesity and Insulin Resistance via a Blimp-1/IL-10 Axis.”
In clinical practice, Zackary focuses on providing comprehensive allergy and immunology care with an emphasis on patient education, communication, and long-term wellness. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his patients and helping them navigate allergic and immunologic conditions with confidence.
Zackary is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family and gardening.
