She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health with a Minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.

She then received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Salus University, completing a comprehensive program that included both didactic and clinical education across multiple medical specialties.

Allison began her career practicing in primary care before transitioning into dermatology through Schweiger Dermatology Group’s Advanced Practice Provider Training Program. This seven-month program included intensive, hands-on training under the direct supervision of Dr. Glen Crawford and offered in-depth experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, empowered and confident in their treatment journey.
