She graduated from Nova Southeastern University with the highest honors. She began her career in the medical field first as a registered nurse in 2009. In 2019, she began her career in dermatology, providing dermatological care for patients of all ages. She is also certified in ablative and non-ablative lasers.

Dana is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurses Association and Nurse Practitioner Society.

Originally born in New York, Dana moved to South Florida at a young age. When she is not at work she enjoys using her Peloton bike, taking her dog to the beach and traveling the globe on surf and ski trips with her husband and two kids.
