Evangelia Nezis, NP

As she gained experience in the health industry, Evangelia realized she had a passion for skin related issues and began to pursue a career in the area of dermatology. While continuing her work at Morton Plant, she completed the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse program at The University of Tampa graduating Cum Laude. She was recognized for her scholastic excellence by the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. She has advanced training in medical and surgical dermatology, pediatric medicine, and cosmetic dermatology.
She is an active member of National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, American Association Nurse Practitioners as well as local Nurse Practitioners associations seeking new educational experiences and creating bonds with fellow NPs.

In her free time, Evangelia is an avid traveler. She has visited over 40 countries on six continents. Evangelia has a passion for meeting local residents, engaging in their culture, and making friends wherever she goes. She is also fluent in the Greek language.

Evangelia enjoys all areas of dermatology and is passionate about delivering the highest quality care and building lasting relationships with her patients. She is excited to serve her community through Schweiger Dermatology where she can provide the latest personalized treatments and services available. Her goal is for her patients to not only understand their diagnosis, but more importantly, to leave feeling confident they received the best care.
