She then spent nearly a decade in neurosurgery, serving as Lead PA at a comprehensive stroke and trauma center, where she managed advanced neurocritical care and complex surgical cases. She now returns full-time to dermatology, combining her multidisciplinary experience to deliver thoughtful, expert care.

Ina graduated with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where she ranked at the top of her class and was inducted into the National Physician Assistant Honor Society in recognition of her academic performance and leadership.

Fluent in Russian, Ina is passionate about providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care to patients of all backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and two daughters and visiting family in Austria.
