About Jianni (Jenny) Wu, MD
Dr. Jianni (Jenny) Wu is a board-certified dermatologist at Spring Street Dermatology, a part of Schweiger Dermatology Group, providing comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatologic care.
She is known for her strong academic background, research contributions, and patient-centered approach to treatment.
Dr. Wu graduated with distinction from Duke University before earning her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her internship in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, followed by her dermatology residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she was selected as Chief Resident.
Dr. Wu has authored numerous publications in leading peer-reviewed journals, including JAMA Dermatology, the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, and the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. Her research has focused on inflammatory skin conditions, including atopic dermatitis and keloids, and has been recognized with multiple awards.
In clinical practice, Dr. Wu treats patients of all ages and manages a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and hair loss disorders. She also performs comprehensive skin cancer screenings. In addition to medical dermatology, she offers personalized cosmetic treatments designed to help patients look and feel their best, with an emphasis on natural, balanced results.
