Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry before completing his Master of Medical Science at Emory University.

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry before completing his Master of Medical Science at Emory University.

He began his career as a chemist, synthesizing medications for HIV treatment, before transitioning into clinical care. He received his physician assistant degree in 1995 and has focused exclusively on dermatology since 1998.

Originally from Michigan, Mike relocated to San Francisco in 2004. Outside of work, he enjoys running, swimming, yoga and fire spinning.
