About Nikki Melet, MS, PA-C
Nikki Melet, PA-C is a certified physician assistant at Schweiger Dermatology Group with over 25 years of experience in dermatology and plastic surgery.
She provides expert care in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, treating children, adolescents, and adults.
Nikki is highly trained in a wide range of procedures including laser treatments, injectables, and dermatologic surgery. Her background in plastic surgery enhances her precision, aesthetic eye, and surgical skill, allowing her to deliver natural, beautiful results while maintaining the highest standard of patient care.
Nikki began her career in medicine as a paramedic in Detroit before earning her undergraduate degree in pre-med and French from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England, graduating at the top of her class. She launched her physician assistant career in family medicine in San Francisco, gaining broad medical knowledge before transitioning to dermatology and plastics.
She is active in the local medical community as a member of the San Francisco Bay Physician Assistants association and local dermatology physician assistant groups, and regularly attends national dermatology meetings to stay current with best practices.
