She has more than a decade of experience in dermatology and plastic surgery and provides expert care in both general and cosmetic dermatology. Nikki treats patients of all ages, from infants to older adults, and is trained in a wide range of procedures including laser treatments, injectables and dermatologic surgery. Her background in plastic surgery enhances her precision and skill in performing surgical dermatologic procedures.

Nikki began her career in medicine as a paramedic in Detroit before earning her undergraduate degree in pre-med and French from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England, graduating at the top of her class. She launched her physician assistant career in family medicine in San Francisco, gaining broad medical knowledge before transitioning to dermatology and plastics.

She is active in the local medical community as a member of the San Francisco Bay Physician Assistants association and local dermatology physician assistant groups, and regularly attends national dermatology meetings to stay current with best practices.
