Employee Referral Program

Schweiger Dermatology Group is always looking for outstanding team members to join our ever growing work family and we value any candidates referred to us by our current team!

Do you know someone who would be a great addition to the SDG family? SDG is proud to share that we have an Employee Referral Bonus Program.

Here is how the program works…

  • Submit your employee referral by completing the form below (to be eligible, you must know the individual being referred personally and or professionally).
  • If your referral is hired for one of our open positions, you will receive a $500 bonus following the 90-day satisfactory review for the person referred.
  • Following your referral’s one-year anniversary with SDG, you will receive a second $500 bonus.

Please note: Managers and Providers who refer a person for open positions in their office/department specifically are not eligible for a referral bonus.

In 2010, Dr. Eric Schweiger started the practice with a single location in Midtown Manhattan. When he saw the need for high-quality dermatology care that did not require weeks or months of waiting to see a qualified provider, his vision of a multi-location practice was born.
