About Priya Desai, PA-C
Priya Desai, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology at Schweiger Dermatology Group. She practices in Suffern, NY.
Priya Desai, MS, PA-C completed her undergraduate degree at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science- Physician Assistant Studies Track. From there she received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Pace University in Westchester County, NY. During her time there, she was class president of her PA cohort and also was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants and Alpha Chi National College Honor Society.
Priya’s interest in dermatology was driven by her passion for skincare. She pursued her passion for dermatology by completing the Schweiger Dermatology Group Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship Program. During this program, Priya trained with top dermatologist in NY and NJ and went through rigorous academic and clinical training. Priya enjoys the field of Dermatology and she looks forward to providing individualized treatment plans for all her patients. She is dedicated to having her patients feel confident in their skin.
Priya is certified by the National Commission on Certification Of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
