About Aman Samrao, MD
Dr. Samrao is a board-certified dermatologist at Schweiger Dermatology Group specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
She is passionate about accurately diagnosing and treating skin and hair disorders while helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals in ways that enhance their natural beauty and individuality.
Dr. Samrao earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley before receiving her medical degree from the University of Southern California. She completed clinical research fellowships in the Department of Dermatology at the University of California, San Francisco and Oregon Health & Science University, where she participated in clinical trials evaluating treatments for a variety of skin disorders. She then completed her dermatology residency in the Division of Dermatology at Harbor–UCLA Medical Center and became board certified by the American Board of Dermatology in 2014.
Prior to joining Schweiger Dermatology Group, Dr. Samrao served as Chief of the Department of Dermatology at Kaiser Permanente in California’s Central Valley. She has extensive experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology and is dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
In clinical practice, Dr. Samrao diagnoses and treats a wide range of skin and hair conditions while offering cosmetic treatments designed to enhance natural results. She is committed to helping patients achieve healthy skin and renewed confidence through thoughtful, individualized care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Samrao enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and son.
