About Amanda Mandell, PA-C
Amanda is a certified physician assistant specializing in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
Amanda, PA-C, is dedicated to partnering with patients to create customized treatment plans that align with their individual needs and lifestyles. She provides comprehensive dermatologic care and is committed to helping patients feel informed, supported and confident throughout their treatment journey.
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Syracuse University, graduating cum laude. She began her career in dermatology as a medical assistant at Dermatology and Skin Care Associates in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where she developed a strong interest in the field and built a solid clinical foundation. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Marist University. Amanda further advanced her training by completing Schweiger Dermatology Group’s Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship, a rigorous program combining advanced academic instruction with hands-on clinical dermatology experience.
Amanda is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and visiting her family in Massachusetts, where she grew up.
