She earned her nursing degree with honors from the Cabrillo College Nursing Program, where she went on to serve as Charge Nurse for two years. She later completed her certification in Aesthetic Dermatology through the College of Medical Aesthetics in Southern California.

Carrie is deeply committed to clinical excellence and ongoing professional development. Her compassionate nature and high standards of care make her a valued member of the team. She emphasizes evidence-based practice and continues to refine her skills through continuous education and training.

Outside of work, Carrie values teamwork, integrity, health, and family. She strives to bring positivity and find beauty in everyday moments.
