About Erika Koh, MD
Dr. Erika Koh is a board-certified dermatologist and board-eligible dermatopathologist at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
She specializes in medical dermatology and dermatopathology, and has a special clinical interest in pediatric dermatology, combining advanced diagnostic expertise with comprehensive patient care.
Dr. Koh earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Oregon State University, graduating magna cum laude. She went on to receive her medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University, where she also completed her dermatology residency. She completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at New York University, gaining advanced expertise in the microscopic evaluation of skin biopsies and clinicopathologic correlation.
Dr. Koh has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in dermatopathology, pediatric dermatology, and general dermatology, and has contributed multiple textbook chapters alongside leaders in the field. She has a longstanding interest in global health and has worked to improve dermatology and dermatopathology services in Tanzania and Botswana. She has also participated in community outreach initiatives to expand local access to dermatologic care.
Dr. Koh is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatopathology.
