After receiving his Bachelor of Science from Penn State University, Frank then went on to Stony Brook University participating in the Post Baccalaureate Pre-Health Program designed to prepare students for careers in the medical/healthcare field.

After successfully completing the program, Frank attended Touro College where he earned a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. Frank’s rotations and clinical experience extend across a wide array of specialties. And he has also received certifications from the American Heart Association as well as being HIPAA certified.
