About Jon Meyerle, MD
Dr. Jon Meyerle is a board-certified dermatologist with over 20 years of experience in medical and surgical dermatology.
He brings a distinguished background in military medicine and advanced training in immunodermatology and immunobiology to his clinical practice.
Dr. Meyerle began his medical career in the U.S. Army, completing an internal medicine internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, followed by a dermatology residency through the National Capital Consortium—a combined Army and Navy training program. He went on to complete post-doctoral training in immunodermatology and immunobiology, developing specialized expertise in complex immune-mediated skin diseases such as pemphigus and pemphigoid. He served on active duty until retiring from the Army in 2019.
In clinical practice, Dr. Meyerle provides comprehensive dermatologic care for patients of all ages, with a focus on skin cancer detection and management, acne, eczema, and autoimmune skin disorders. He is known for his thorough approach and dedication to excellence in patient care.
Dr. Meyerle is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
