About Kierstin Cohen, FNP

Kierstin is a certified family nurse practitioner at Schweiger Dermatology Group.

She specializes in dermatologic care for patients of all ages, with a focus on prevention, patient education and personalized treatment. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s skin health needs

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University and her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from The George Washington University. She completed Schweiger Dermatology Group’s Advanced Practice Provider Training Program, receiving extensive clinical and didactic training in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

Kierstin began her career in critical care, spending seven years in Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Units. This background in complex patient care helped shape the compassionate, detail-oriented approach she brings to her dermatology practice.

She is an active member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.
