Dr. Du earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering summa cum laude from a top engineering university in China and was awarded a full international graduate scholarship in chemical engineering, which brought him to the U.S. After a successful career in research and industry, he pursued his true passion in medicine.

He received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University on a merit scholarship, graduating with honors in all clinical rotations and earning induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed a highly competitive transitional year internship at the Colorado Health Foundation and completed his dermatology residency at Brown University.

Dr. Du has published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented his work at international conferences. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, traveling and volunteering.
