About Nikhil Dhingra, MD
Dr. Dhingra is a board-certified dermatologist at Spring Street Dermatology, a part of Schweiger Dermatology Group.
He specializes in inflammatory skin diseases, acne, LGBTQ healthcare and cosmetic dermatology, including male aesthetic treatments. His patient-centered approach focuses on partnering with patients to help them achieve their medical and aesthetic goals.
Dr. Dhingra has been actively involved in clinical research throughout his career and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters. He is committed to providing evidence-based care while tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s individual needs.
Dr. Dhingra earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Haverford College and his Doctor of Medicine from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed a clinical scholar research fellowship at The Rockefeller University in the laboratory of Dr. Emma Guttman. Dr. Dhingra then completed an internship in internal medicine at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Hospital/Northwell Health System followed by a residency in dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he served as chief resident.
As a lifelong New York resident, he is dedicated to serving his community with comprehensive dermatologic care and the latest advances in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
