She is passionate about helping individuals feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Her personal experience with acne gave her a firsthand understanding of how skin conditions can affect self-esteem, which inspired her to pursue a career in dermatology.

Her personal experience with acne gave her a firsthand understanding of how skin conditions can affect self-esteem, which inspired her to pursue a career in dermatology.

Born and raised in Miami, Nina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University. She began her career as a registered nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Miami. To further specialize, she completed Schweiger Dermatology Group’s Advanced Practice Provider Training Program, receiving intensive academic and clinical training in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

Outside of work, Nina enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines and spending time with her friends and family. She has a love for the arts and an extensive history as a dancer.

Nina is fluent in both English and Spanish.
