He received his medical degree from Harvard University and completed his dermatology residency at the Boston Medical Center, New England Medical Center in Massachusetts. Dr. Otter then completed his fellowship in Mohs surgery and procedural dermatology at Benedetto Dermatology in Philadelphia. He was the director of the department of Mohs surgery in Elk Grove, Calif., and a Mohs surgeon at North Jersey Dermatology Center in Rockaway, NJ.
