Stephanie earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Northeastern University and completed a Master of Science in Nursing at Monmouth University. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in gastroenterology, medical-surgical and telemetry at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in West Orange, New Jersey.

Her clinical expertise includes environmental, food, drug and venom allergies, as well as oral allergy syndrome. Stephanie also has extensive experience managing complex conditions such as immunodeficiency, eosinophilic esophagitis, nasal polyposis, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, angioedema and anaphylaxis.
