About Chelsea Clemens, PA-C, MSPAS
Chelsea Clemens, PA-C, MSPAS, is a certified Physician Assistant specializing exclusively in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
She provides comprehensive care for both pediatric and adult patients, with a focus on evidence-based, patient-centered treatment.
Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Sacred Heart University, graduating magna cum laude and receiving the Silver Chemistry Award. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), volunteer firefighter, and volunteered in geriatrics and with AmeriCares—experiences that shaped her compassionate, collaborative approach to patient care.
She completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at DeSales University in Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude. Her clinical rotations were completed primarily through the St. Luke’s University Health Network, including a global medical rotation in Tanzania. Chelsea is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the Association of PAs in Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (APA-AAI).
Since 2020, Chelsea has focused exclusively on allergy and immunology, treating a wide range of conditions including asthma, environmental and food allergies, allergic rhinitis, dermatitis, and anaphylaxis. She has extensive experience in allergy testing, immunotherapy, oral food challenges, pulmonary function testing, and biologic therapies. She remains dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest clinical research and advancements in allergy care.
Outside of her professional work, Chelsea is a proud wife and mother to two young children, Luke and Lily. She brings the same level of care and attentiveness to her patients that she would want for her own family—emphasizing communication, shared decision-making, and personalized care plans.
