About Ilisten Jones, MD
Dr. Jones is a board-certified allergist and immunologist at Schweiger Dermatology & Allergy.
She specializes in the diagnosis and management of seasonal and indoor allergies, food and drug allergies, asthma, hives, eczema and contact dermatitis in both children and adults. Dr. Jones takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care and is committed to improving patient health outcomes and quality of life through personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Jones earned her bachelor’s degree, medical degree and Master of Public Health from Harvard University. She then returned to her home state of California to complete a pediatrics residency at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She went on to pursue fellowship training in allergy and immunology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where she contributed to research on the safety and effectiveness of biologic therapies for allergic diseases. Her work has been published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and the Western Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
Outside of work, Dr. Jones enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and family.
