Josephine Wells, FNP-C

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Josephine worked in dermatologic surgery at Penn Medicine, where she gained extensive experience caring for patients undergoing Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatologic surgical procedures, and skin cancer treatment. She further specialized in dermatology by completing Schweiger Dermatology Group’s Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship under the mentorship of Dr. Farber, receiving advanced clinical training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

In clinical practice, Josephine provides comprehensive dermatologic care for patients of all ages. She has a special interest in skin cancer prevention and early detection, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of common skin conditions. She is passionate about patient education and believes in developing personalized treatment plans that promote long-term skin health.
