About Mia Albanese, FNP-BC
Mia earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Healthcare Ethics from Saint Joseph’s University, followed by a Bachelor of Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. She then attended Rowan University and received her Master of Science in Nursing, and is certified as a family nurse practitioner through the ANCC.
She spent six years in the emergency department, where she thrived as a clinical nurse caring for a broad spectrum of patients and collaborating with various specialties. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for dermatology.
To further hone her expertise, she completed the Schweiger Dermatology Group Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship Program, where she was trained in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Her commitment lies in providing patient-centered care and ensuring individuals receive the highest quality service tailored to their unique needs.
