About Sonal Parmar, FNP-C, MPH
Sonal Parmar, FNP-C, MPH, is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in allergy, asthma, and immunology at Schweiger Dermatology & Allergy.
With more than a decade of experience spanning emergency medicine and primary care, she brings broad clinical expertise and a well-rounded perspective to patient care. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based, treatment that helps patients achieve their best possible health.
Sonal earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University before completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She also earned a Master of Public Health from West Virginia University and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
To further specialize in allergy and immunology, Sonal completed the Schweiger Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider Allergy Training Program, where she received advanced clinical education from leaders in the field. She is committed to listening to her patients, understanding their individual concerns, and developing personalized treatment plans that support long-term health and improved quality of life.
In clinical practice, Sonal evaluates and manages a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions. She emphasizes patient education, shared decision-making, and evidence-based care to help patients better understand and manage their symptoms.
