About Thomas D. Regan, MD
A recipient of the military’s HPSP scholarship, he served 8 years in the United States Army after graduating from medical school. He completed his internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and then served as the Flight Surgeon for the 3rd Squadron 6th Cavalry Regiment in South Korea.

Dr. Regan made the list of the region’s TOP DOCTORS, as chosen by his peers and published in Philadelphia Magazine in 2015 and again in 2016. Dr. Regan has lectured at several national medical meetings including the annual conferences for the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He has also published in many prominent medical journals to include the New England Journal of Medicine, the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, and the Dermatologic Surgery Journal among others.
