Thomas D. Regan, MD

He did his dermatology residency training at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California. He was then asked to join the teaching staff at one of the nation’s largest dermatology residency programs at the combined Brooke Army Medical Center and Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. While there he established and ran the department’s first laser and procedural dermatology clinic. In 2009, he deployed as the Battalion Surgeon for the 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment and commanded a Level I Aid Station during combat operations in southern Iraq.After finishing his military service, Dr. Regan completed an ACMS and ACGME approved fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Procedural Dermatology at Cooper University Hospital with specialized training in skin cancer and reconstructive surgery. He is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is an Associate of the American College of Mohs Surgery.

Dr. Regan made the list of the region’s TOP DOCTORS, as chosen by his peers and published in Philadelphia Magazine in 2015 and again in 2016. Dr. Regan has lectured at several national medical meetings including the annual conferences for the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He has also published in many prominent medical journals to include the New England Journal of Medicine, the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, and the Dermatologic Surgery Journal among others.
