About Valentina Gonzalez, MSPAS, PA-C
Valentina is a certified physician assistant at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
She brings years of experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology, providing expert care through a holistic and patient-centered approach. Valentina specializes in treating conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails, and develops personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s skin health goals.
She earned dual degrees in psychology and corporate communications from the University of Houston and later completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Sciences. Prior to her clinical work, she gained more than five years of research experience in infectious diseases, neurology and psychoneuroimmunology.
Valentina has treated patients in Huntington Beach and Beverly Hills, diagnosing and managing a wide range of dermatologic concerns including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss and skin cancer. In addition to medical dermatology, she is skilled in cosmetic procedures such as chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, lasers and Botox injections.
She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates, California Academy of Physician Associates, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and California Dermatology Physician Assistants Society.
Fluent in Spanish and conversational in French and Portuguese, Valentina is committed to providing inclusive and accessible care to a diverse patient population.
